With the expansion of online sales and a greater variety of products being sold, such as perishables, e-commerce businesses are facing a new problem: ensuring that charges are made only for what is actually delivered. Charging at the time of purchase is commonly used, but what if the product doesn't arrive? The customer needs to request or wait for the refund to be processed on their credit card, causing great frustration.

Imagine the online sale of perishable products, such as fruits and vegetables. The store cannot guarantee the availability of the product at the time of purchase because it doesn't keep stock of these items.

The solution in this case is to charge only after the order has been invoiced or delivered. However, the e-commerce platform doesn't have this capability; it only charges at the time of sale and displays the order status.

Digibee can simply orchestrate all these steps and ensure that the charge is made at the appropriate time. Our goal is to connect all the ends without any of them having additional work.
